Ridley Scott Talks About Giger's Involvement in PROMETHEUS No Original Xenomorphs |

While Ridley Scott was being interviewed by Filmophilia he wonders why the other creative minds that worked on the sequels to his 1979 classic Alien never used the Space Jockeys. Which is a enormous Alien body that is found in first movie as some of the astronauts explore a spaceship. There they come upon the fossilized remains of the Space Jockey, whose body has a gaping wound by it's chest. A wound that implies that an alien at one point gestated and hatched in the Space Jockey, just like what we see with the humans later in the film.
EGE: Will you be using any of Giger’s original design for this film?
