Roberto Orci Updates Star Trek 2; New Comic Book Series To Reveal Details About Upcoming Sequel |

Now that J. J. Abrams is officially directing Star Trek 2, we can expect a lot of new information and casting news. StarTrek.com has an exclusive interview with the co-writer of 2009 film, Roberto Orci, and Mike Johnson, who wrote the first issue (Star Trek #1: "Where No Man Has Gone Before") of IDW Publishing's new series. Orci briefly said: "The cast is excited. We have a director. We’ve started scouting locations. The second time around the crew is already together from the start, so we can jump right into the adventure."
