Samuel L. Jackson Learns Monsters Exist In A Clip From KONG: SKULL ISLAND; Plus End Credits Scene Confirmed |

While Godzilla may have hit theaters just around three years ago, it's Kong: Skull Island that will actually launch Legendary's MonsterVerse as its story takes place over forty years before the main events of the previous film.
The first clip has arrived, courtesy of Yahoo! Movies, and it teases a tense confrontation between Samuel L. Jackson's character Lieutenant Colonel Packard and John Goodman's character Bill Randa, who works for an organization known as Monarch - as in the same organization that attempted to kill Godzilla with a nuclear bomb in 1954. That's not the only major reveal as he also name-drops M.U.T.O. (Massive Unidentified Terrestrial Organism) and lets Jackson know that it's up to his agency to find these creatures before they can reclaim the Earth for themselves.
