Which comic you ask? Why it is the classically campy, scifi series Mars Attacks! And they are bringing it to the stage. That's right, the folks on Broadway need to start preparing for an interstellar invasion.
Slated to begin rehearsals later this year and with an opening planned for 2013, Mars Attacks: 21st Century Slaughter is promised to be one of the most entertaining musical's in recent history. We know what your thinking, “Wait did they say Musical??!” well yes, yes we did. When one thinks about the series so far it only makes sense that they would add to their goofyness with full song and dance numbers.
