Jennifer Lawrence(who will play Mystique in X-Men:First Class) for Winters Bone
Natalie Portman(who wil play Jane Foster in Thor) for Black Swan.
In the best supporting actor category..
And in the best actor in a supporting role category..
Christian Bale(Who has played, and will again play Batman in TDKR) for The Fighter
Jeremy Renner(Who will play Hawkeye in The Avengers) for The Town
Mark Ruffalo(Who will play Bruce Banner/Hulk in The Avengers) for The Kids Are All Right
Also Darren Aronofsky, who will bring us The Wolverine, was nominated for best director for Black Swan. And controversially Christopher Nolan was NOT nominated for best director for Inception even though the film did pick up a best feature nom, and Nolan picked one up for best original screenplay. Still, robbed again I'm sure you will agree. The mighty Jeff Bridges(Iron Man) and James Franco(Spider-Man 1 to 3) also picked up best actor noms |
