From these scans of Ridley Scott's prequel to his 1979 classic sci-fi film, Alien we know that Prometheus is the name of the spaceship. We also have a great quote from Ridley Scott, he says, "Fans of the original Alien will definitely notice some things, especially toward the end. But I really can't say any more than that."
