Pancholy (30 Rock , Weeds) is Dr. Nambue, the chief medical officer of the Starship Shenzhou, and finally, Vartholomeos (The Secret life of Walter Mitty) will portray Ensign Connor, a junior officer in Starfleet Academy. The trio joins Sonequa Martin-Green in the lead role, as well as James Frain (Sarek), Doug Jones (Lt. Saru), Anthony Rapp (Lt. Stamets), Michelle Yeoh (Starfleet Captain Georgiou), and Shazad Latif as a Klingon officer named Kol.
