Steven Spielberg's JURASSIC PARK Could Have Had A Very Different Ending; Possibly, A More Thrilling One |

Steven Spielberg's 1993 classic is well-known for its iconic ending that saw the T-Rex slaughter a pack of Raptors, then roar as the “When dinosaurs ruled the earth” banner fell to the ground (pictured above). Even though this ending was acclaimed considerably, new storyboards for the film have surfaced, which reveals a very different take on the movie’s final scene.
Instead of a climactic battle between the fierce dinos, it seems as if Jurassic Park would have ended with a sequence that saw the protagonists running from the T-Rex, before being rescued in a helicopter.
