Back in 2000 Nicolas Cage's prized issue of Action Comics #1 was stolen. In 2011 is turned up among the contents of an abandoned storage locker, going on to set sales records in November when it sold for $2.1 million at auction. It's a story most comic book fans know, and now it seems the rest of the world may get to see it unfold on the big screen. From THR.. Lionsgate has picked up Action No. 1, a heist comedy from writers and Reno 911 creators Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon. The duo is also producing along with Peter Principato and Paul Young.
