In case you didn’t already know, September 2012 is “Zero Month” in the DC Universe. DC Comics co-publisher Dan DiDio spoke about “Zero Month” and the “New 52” at Baltimore Comic-Con. DiDio praised the writers, in regards to the “New 52”, by saying, “they brought the freshness, the perspective, the new attitude, and …the fans…back in.”

In regards to “Zero Month”, DiDio said, “The goal for this was basically not to reset the button, but to answer some questions.” He went on to say the ‘Zero’ issues were created "to fill in the blanks of the past and set up the mysteries of the future.”
