We've been privy to some rather vague plot details for Stranger Things season 2 already, but in a new interview with EW, series co-creator Matt Duffer is a little more forthcoming about what we can expect from the second season.
We return to Hawkins on Halloween, almost a full year after the fantastical events of the first season, and poor Will Byers is still dealing with the after-effects of his time spent in the Upside Down. “He seems to be seeing images from the Upside Down—the question is whether they’re real or not,” explains Duffer. “So it seems like he’s having some sort of post-traumatic stress disorder.”
Meanwhile, Sheriff Hopper is concentrating on trying to keep a lid on everything that's happened, but the situation is further complicated by the arrival of a new brother-sister duo: Billy (Dacre Montgomery) and Max (Sadie Sink).
