It seems Jesse Wigutow will come aboard the new adaptation of James O'Barr's cult classic The Crow..
From Deadline..
Days after Relativity Media and The Weinstein Company buried the hatchet and dropped lawsuits on the remake of The Crow, Jesse Wigutow is making a deal to write the script. The original was distributed by the Weinsteins at Miramax back in 1994 and grossed $50.6M domestic.
And an update from Variety's Jeff Schneider reveals the movie also has a director..

This project has seen some hard times and has had a few different actors and directors attached. Most prominently Bradley Cooper who was all set to get stuck into the role before things went South.
