A parachutist nearly fell to his death while performing a risky aerial stunt for Christopher Nolan's final installment in his Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises. The stuntman was sent plummeting towards the Earth but amazingly survived by landing on the roof of a home.
A PARACHUTIST plunged through the roof of a holiday home last night when a stunt for the new Batman film went wrong.
For the past week, a crew working for Warner Brothers has been rehearsing skydiving scenes for the Hollywood blockbuster 8,000ft above Feshiebridge, near Avie-more.
Pavel Satny, a professional photographer who has a home there, was in his garden around 8.30pm when the surprise visitor dropped in.
The stuntman went through the roof of the chalet next door and got wedged there.
