The contest is only for human beings that are above the age of eighteen. Well, I guess a dog, or any animal could submit their entry, but I doubt any would be any good, and not many animals live past the age of eighteen, so sucks to be them.
Earlier I was lead to believe that only residents of the United States would be allowed to participate, but I've just been informed that International entries will be allowed as well.
As for the artists below eighteen don't feel too bad as I could submit your entries and then we'll split the money 80-20. That's eighty percent for me for telling you about the contest, and for performing the strenuous task of hitting the submit button. You're welcome!
