Last week, it was reported that director Christopher Nolan might bring his upcoming film The Dark Knight Rises to San Diego Comic Con for the first time ever, and that Warner Bros. will promote this final chapter with a panel and screening of the film to lucky fans. Well, sadly, that won't happen. According to Drew from HitFix:
I can state with absolute authority that "The Dark Knight Rises" will not be at ComicCon.Don't believe the rumors, kids.— Drew McWeeny (@DrewAtHitFix) March 23, 2012
There you go... Nolan has never attended Comic Con, not even with his previous two Batman films. What do you make of this?
