THE FLASH Villain Black Flash Will Make His Presence Felt In The DC TV Universe In A Big Way This Year |

Season three of The Flash has already introduced us to Savitar, Kid-Flash, and Jesse Quick, but at least one more speedster is on the way this year! However, based on comments from showrunner Andrew Kreisberg, that's not the only series the Grim Reaper of the DC TV Universe will make his presence felt in. Could it be that he's coming for the recently resurrected Reverse-Flash in Legends of Tomorrow?
