So if you were curious and you looked up what the critics said about Green Lantern, you would know that it’s not getting good reviews. It’s literally been called "Hell" by some critics. But does the film deserve to be bashed as much as it is? No! Absolutely not. Is it the best movie of the year? Heck no. Is it the best comic book movie of the year? I highly believe that honor goes to Thor, but I did like Green Lantern.
No, we didn’t receive any stellar performances in Green Lantern, though Mark Strong was very fantastic as Sinestro. I was very worried about Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. I didn’t think I’d be able to take them serious in their roles. I thought I’d be watching typical funny Ryan and Serena from Gossip Girls.
