Halloween is shaping up to be a wild one in Gotham as Jim Gordon finds himself on a psychedelic trip for the ages where he'll experience his own mini-Christmas Carol and be forced to confront his demons from past, present and future. Meanwhile, the Penguin will struggle to come to terms with the RIddler's new relationship with the mysterious Isabella, played by Chelsea Spack.
