Last week, Paramount unveiled some footage from the upcoming sequel Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol at an IMAX theater in LA. An Ain't It Cool News writer was among those in attendance, and he stated that the scenes shown looked amazing in IMAX, saying one of the sequences felt like 'an instant classic'. He also praised the decision to let Brad Bird helm the film. One of the scenes that were shown was the complete shot of Tom Cruise's Ethan Hunt dangling from the 130th floor of the Burj Khalifa. Last week, Paramount held a special footage presentation at the Rave 18 IMAX theater in Los Angeles, where they unveiled almost the entire Burj sequence as well as a subsequent foot/car chase through a blinding sandstorm.
