This is an inverted version of the famous Future Foundation suit that has been featured in past games, but this time they gave it an obscure twist. According to HeroHQ, in the comics Spider-Man had visited Atlantis with the FF and they changed the suit there which is why this suit is inverted
It is an inverted version of the below suit. It has been featured in many games such as Spider-Man: Edge of Time and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom if memory serves correctly.
The other playable suits in The Amazing Spider-Man:
