Writer Behind The BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER Reboot Gets Fired; Project May Be Buried |

When it was announced that an a reboot to the beloved cult movie and insanely popular TV show Buffy The Vampire Slayer would be going forward without its beloved creator Joss Whedon, the idea didn't exactly sit well with most. Aside from the original Buffy, Kristy Swanson, who played the character in the debut movie in 1992, nobody who played a part in the Buffy verse liked the idea of the Joss-less reboot. With the hiring of its new, eager screenwriter and Buffy fan Whit Anderson being announced, the idea became almost unanimously trashed around the world.
