According to The Hollywood Reporter, writer Tony Gilroy (of the Bourne film series), who was brought in to rewrite and help oversee reshoots for the Gareth Edwards-directed film, will end up with a $5 million paycheck for his services. The publication details that Gilroy, as previously rumored, was brought in to rewrite certain scenes for Rogue One, including the film's ending, for a price tag of $200,00 per week, along with taking an "active" role in post production with Edwards.
