Filming Wraps on Indie Comic Adaptation SPARKS |

Almost four years have passed since William Katt (TV's Greatest American Hero) launched Catastrophic Comics and released it's first title SPARKS, which he co-created with writer/director Christopher Folino. The the critically acclaimed title has since been made into a motion comic.

Set in 1948, this super-noir thriller follows Ian Sparks, a masked vigilante who discovers the price to pay to become a hero is too high, finding himself in a dark, relentless story about self discovery, heroism, failed lives and redemption.
Now, NEWSaRAMA reports that filming has wrapped on the self financed big screen adaptation. Co-directed by Folino and Todd Burrowsith, with stars such as Clancey Brown, Ashley Bell, Clint Howard, Jake Busey, William Katt and relative newcomer Chase Williamson in the title role, I must say it's got my attention.
