Jane Goldman Talks X-MEN: FIRST CLASS Sequel; Comments On Cyclops And Jean Grey |

Now that director Matthew Vaughn is confirmed to helm the next chapter to his critically acclaimed film X-Men: First Class, it is highly likely that Jane Goldman, who worked on the screenplay and story for first film as well as on Vaughn's two previous films (Kick-Ass, Stardust), will return for the sequel. Talking to Film School Rejects, Goldman was asked about the original team (Cyclops and Jean Grey), and if there is a place for them in the upcoming film. Here is what she had to say:
"You know, I can always make suggestions, and I did last time. Ultimately, those decisions come down to someone other than me. Would I, personally? Well, it’s really tricky.
