In a recent interview with Bad Ass Digest Screenwriter, Seth Grahame-Smith (Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter) talks about the tone of Tim Burton's Dark Shadows.
"The tone of the movie is soap operatic. It's heightened. Everything is heightened and grand. Johnny is just dug in and big. [Starts hamming it up] 'Didn't you see? How... could you? My god, woman!'"
And what about that zany dark humor that Tim Burton is best known for, can we expect more of that in this film adaptation of the popular 1960's soap opera?
